AIReS offers a variety of Home Sale/Purchase program options to support the varying needs of all of our transferees. These programs can be further tailored to the specific requirements of your relocation policy. AIReS is not affiliated with any franchise networks or other residential real estate firms. Therefore, we are truly independent and objective in our selection of national, regional, and local brokers who will best handle the marketing and home-finding for the employees we assist.
AIReS offers a number of customizable Home Sale Programs, including Marketing Assistance, Buyer Value Option (BVO), Amended Value, and Appraised Value (or Guaranteed Buyout Offer) programs. AIReS will act as the employee’s advocate throughout the entire relocation process, while complying with the applicable policy. The Program Manager will assist the employee in all real estate negotiations to ensure they are aware of every step required to ensure a timely home sale or purchase. In addition, we will add the value of being the central point of control for the employee and are able to assist them in coordinating the additional critical dates in the negotiation for the sale of their home and policy entitlements such as: the purchase of a new home, temporary living assistance, the coordination of their household goods, etc.
We possess the “big picture” and can often advise them in a way that reduces stress to them while we coordinate the destination activities, as well. AIReS takes an active and ongoing interest in the Relocation Lifecycle; therefore we are fully aware of each step along the way including those taken by AIReS and those taken by a Realtor. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not simply “hand off” a relocating employee to a Realtor; instead, we monitor everything from traffic flow to open houses, to determine if the Realtor is working in the best interests of the employee. In this way, we have the information for each home sale or purchase at our fingertips.
