AIReS approaches property and tenancy management with a standardized procedure, helping to ensure that all transferee homes are properly overseen throughout assignment. Each property will be inspected at the initiation of the management services. Supervised maintenance (landscaping, internal and external repairs, emergency service assistance, etc.) will be handled upon request. Periodic property inspections will also be conducted on a quarterly basis.

Our highly experienced professionals act in the best interests of our transferees to ensure that properties approved for tenancy management are occupied within a reasonable time frame, thus eliminating the possibility of an extended vacancy period. In order to find the most appropriate tenants, we draw upon a number of resources, including print and online advertising, local real estate agencies, international support service providers, and more.

Each potential tenant will be prescreened professionally to assure a high level of responsibility. Personal interviews, credential checks, and credit checks will be conducted to ensure the tenant’s reliability and financial stability. Once an approved tenant has been identified and selected by AIReS’ Property Management team, an overview of the various terms and conditions of the lease/rental agreement will be defined for the tenant. All homes enrolled in the property management program will be inspected prior to the tenants move in date and following their departure. AIReS will manage all rental fee collection and disperse that money appropriately.
