International Home Finding Assistance
Finding a new home can be difficult enough – finding a new home in a new country presents additional unique challenges. AIReS will assist the relocating employee by providing country profile and housing option information. We will work as the employee advocate in identifying rental agents who will assist the employee in finding suitable accommodations in the host country. Move-in and settling-in services are made available, as approved by the company.
AIReS assists the family by identifying real estate agent(s) who will work with them to identify and purchase an appropriate property, if so desired and authorized. We coordinate the translation of agreements in English and review contract terms and conditions to ensure that they are reasonable and that the employee has a clear understanding of his or her responsibilities. AIReS also coordinates any necessary inspections or appraisals that are required or suggested by local custom and law.
