AIReS’ Company Leaders Share a Few Wise Words

June 10, 2011 — Buddy Hobart, host of the Solutions 21 Show, conducted an interview Tuesday with AIReS’ President, Bryan Putt and Executive Vice President, Jeff Wangler.  Both men provided valuable insight on several key issues the global business market is currently facing, including challenges to bridge the generational gap between senior staff and up-and-coming employees, and the economic recession.

Over the course of recent years, one of the major looming crises has been the lack of “generational leadership” in the business industry. Both domestic and international corporations are suffering organizationally due to the weak talent recruitment efforts and an abandonment of developmental skill programs for what has come to be known as “Generation Y.”  Mr. Putt and Mr. Wangler shared suggestions for changes that can be made to improve company morale and success of businesses everywhere.

According to Mr. Putt and Mr. Wangler, companies should invest in their employees, as they are the most valuable assets.  Senior members may need to accommodate the up-and-coming generation by beginning to implement intensive counseling and training programs, in an attempt to spike growth and improvement.  These factors have helped mold the “AIReS Way,” which defines the organizational culture of who we are as a company.

As a business-to-business organization with clients from all varieties of corporate industries, AIReS had expected to remain “recession-proof” during the beginning of the recent economic downturn. But, when the problems faced were universal to all potential client industries across the globe, the relocation industry was hit hard.  Although many corporations have suffered financially as a result, AIReS has continued to grow and generate revenue by outperforming and revolutionizing the relocation industry.  Mr. Putt and Mr. Wangler explain how this has been possible by focusing on committing to exceptional customer service, building relationships through communication and feedback, and striving to go above and beyond the needs of our clients.
