German Consulate in India No Longer Accepting Applications

September 15, 2011— As of September 2, the German Consulate in Chennai is no longer accepting submissions until further notice. Only special company visa direct submissions are currently being accepted, along with appointment personal interview documents. This halt is due to a shortage of visa officers at the consulate and a growing backlog of pending documentation requests.

Any change or update to this change will be communicated once received from the consulate.
